Eugene R. Lutz, CLF®, LUTCF®

Managing Partner

Eugene graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York in May of 2000 with a degree in Marine Transportation, and received a commission as an Officer in the United States Naval Reserve. Upon graduation, Eugene put his degree and coast guard license to good use sailing around the world as an Officer with Military Sealift Command in support of U.S. Naval Operations.

In December 2003, Eugene was recruited to New York Life by a fellow Merchant Marine Academy Alumnus. Eugene became an agent in the Long Island General Office and was a top producer qualifying for Executive Council* in 2004 and 2005 working the Pension Max market with the NYPD and NYFD.

In October 2006, Eugene was promoted to Partner in the Long Island General Office where he offered new agents the opportunity for a fulfilling career with New York Life. In September 2009, Eugene was promoted to Senior Partner, and in 2012 he was promoted once again to Corporate Vice President of the Pacific Agencies.

Eugene and his wife Regina have been married for 14 years and have a 10 year old boy, Jack and an 8 year old girl, Ava.

James A. Sanseverino, CLF®, LUTCF®

Director Of Development

James started with New York Life as an agent in the Long Island General Office in January 2001. James was the "Rookie" of the year that year by paying for 108 cases. James achieved 6 Executive Councils between 2002 and 2007 and was a Centurion Agent every year from 2001 to 2007.

James was promtoed to Sales Development Manager in January 2008 and was instrumental in the growth of the Long Island General Office's 5 locations by helping to drive manpower from 181 people in 2008 to 413 people in 2013. James also helped with New Partner Development using the GOLD system.

In January 2014 James became the Corporate Vice President in the home office of Agent Training and Development. While in the home office his role was to support the Development Managers and Zone Training Officers. James was the Home Office Liason between the field and the Home Office for the Development Managers. James co-facilitated New Sales Development Manager Fundamental Career Schools in Dallas and helped to substitute for Sales Development Managers in the Northeast Zone during their time away for training.

James resides in Bethpage, Long Island. James joined the Westchester General Office in 2015 as the Director of Development and looks forward to helping to train, develop, and grow the Westhester General Office.

Keith Bonney, MBA, FLMI

Corporate Vice President

Keith Bonney has been a member of New York Life since June 2004. He began his career as a participant in the Administrative Management Trainee program in the Westchester G.O. Keith was appointed to the Southern Connecticut GO in August of 2005. He was responsible for an office with 89 agents, a management team of 8 and a staff of 6. In May of 2007 Keith was appointed to the Greater New York General Office as Director of Operations. He oversaw the operation of the 3rd largest office in the company with 375 agents, a staff of 32 and a management team of 25 people. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President of Administration in July of 2012.

Prior to joining New York Life, Keith spent over 10 years in Senior Operations Management for Dolce International, a hospitality management company specializing in the management of corporate conference centers.

Keith holds Associate Degrees in Sociology and Business Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, and an MBA in Global Operations Management.

Keith resides in Tarrytown NY and in his downtime enjoys golf, skiing, playing the guitar, doing volunteer work for the American Cancer Society of Westchester and the Make A Wish Foundation of Westchester and spending time with his family.

Daniel Oh


Daniel Oh joined the Westchester General office of New York Life in November 2013. As a Financial Services Professional, he has helped many families and businesses successfully plan for their future. In doing so, he qualified for consecutive Executive Councils awarded to top producing agents at New York Life. Now as a Partner on the management team, he is dedicated to recruiting, developing and mentoring talented professionals to make an even greater impact in their communities.

Daniel holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and prior to his career in Financial Services, he has held leadership positions within corporate Human Resources in various industries, including Media and Advertising.

Daniel currently resides in Northern Westchester and is happily married to his wife Rebekah, along with their two loving children, Ryan and Ellie.

Susan Green

Agency Standards Consultant

Susan has 30 years of industry experience with over 15 years in compliance management. She has spent the last 9 years at MetLife where she was the compliance manager for a large agency located in Shelton, CT.

Susan is a graduate of Rutgers University and has her series 7, 63 24 and 53 licenses. She lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband Gary. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, spending time with her family and watching sports.

Laura Stellacci, ACS

Senior Specialist

aura Stellacci joined New York Life in March 2004 as part of the HPE program and has since become the Senior Specialist of the Westchester General Office.

After graduating from Iona College Hagan School of Business with her Bachelors's in Business Management in 2003, Laura earned her ACS designation. Currently, she is in the process of earning her FLMI designation, as well.

Laura stays active in her local community and church. She also spends time volunteering with the New York Life Volunteers for Life Program.
